Google’s mobile search engine doesn’t have anywhere near the number of sites that regular search does. There just are not that many mobile sites out there yet. If a potential customer is searching for your product or service on their phone and you have a mobile site, you’re already way ahead of most of your competition.

If someone happens to know your website address and they visit your site that’s not optimized for mobile, you will probably not get the sale.
